Eligible purchases can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

  • For returns, we refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • Please do not send your order back unless instructed by Customer Service.

How to start a return.

Please wait for confirmation before shipping returned items.

Wait for confirmation Wait for our return confirmation and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Send products back Send the products back to the provided warehouse address after receiving instructions.
Returns sent without prior Customer Service instructions may not be accepted or processed correctly.

Need to cancel an order?

Order cancellation

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
  • If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
  • We cannot cancel an order once the product has already shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order.

Refunds

Refund processing can involve both our return review and your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds
